The following are a few recommendations to help you understand and enjoy your land buying experience. As with the purchase of any property,
this is merely a suggested guideline and it will be the responsibility of any potential bidder to perform their own inspection and evaluation
of any property he/she might be interested in purchasing.

|
- Click on the Current Property Inventory link for the current list of properties you can request to purchase.
- Scroll through the list of properties and determine which properties most interest you. Following the description of each
item in the list is a series of links.
- Utilize the accompanying links to:
- View a County Parcel Map
- View a street map
- View an aerial photo or satellite image
- View a topographical map
- Find out as much as you can by talking with local realtors or any other type of real estate professional in the area to establish the
property's value. If possible, it's always best to perform an on site inspection of the property to assess the land’s
terrain and desired usability.
- Once you have come to your own reasonable "Market Value" compare that with our purchase property amount. Do this for each property you intend to make a purchase on.
- Review the Auction Terms and Conditions and remember to bring the required monies. Make sure you have read and understand all rules and
regulations regarding your purchase. We're always available to speak with if you have any questions. We can be contacted through e-mail by Clicking
Here or by calling us at 1-800-994-4526.
- Remember, buying land is your opportunity to get a piece of the "American Dream". We can only say that those who have done the most
homework, performed accurate due-diligence, and ask the most questions, are the ones who get the best deals. Don't be afraid to ask questions!
We're here to make sure you're happy!
- Once you've decided to make a purchase click on the "Purchase Property" link and fill out the form or call us directly at (800)937-1647. We will Fed-Ex a contract to you and you will be on your way to realizing the American Dream.
